Estrogen Balance Elite is a formula that supports hormone balance for women. It contains 500 mg of fenugreek seed extract combined with 80 mg of red clover leaf extract, 60 mg of chaste tree berry extract, and 40 mg of black cohosh rhizome extract per serving.

When is the best time to take Estrogen Balance Elite? Should it be taken with food or on an empty stomach?
As with any supplement, always read the entire label and follow the directions carefully. Per the label instructions, take two (2) tablets in the evening with food.
