We want you to be completely satisfied with our supplements. That’s why Life Extension offers a 100% no-hassle return policy valid for up to a full year after purchase subject to terms and conditions.

How to return your product

You can return supplements purchased through the Life Extension website or call center for a refund, exchange or replacement up to 365 days after purchase. You’ll need to indicate your reason for requesting a return and how you would prefer to receive your refund. Please note that not all products are eligible for online returns.

You have up to 365 days from your date of purchase to initiate a return of your product.

The easiest way to start your return process is to log into your account and go to Order History. You’ll see a link to return or replace an item. Follow the instructions and submit.

Don’t have an account? If you know your order number, you can look up your item using the Look Up a Single Order field:

  1. Enter your last name or company name
  2. Enter your order number (note: this can be found in your order email confirmation or you can look it up in “My Account”)
  3. Log into your account

When requesting a return, please have handy:

  • The reason why you are requesting a return; you will be asked to select from a drop-down menu of explanations for your request.
  • Whether you would prefer a replacement of the product you’re returning, a refund or an exchange.
  • A method of payment; certain products will incur a $5.50 fee for the pre-paid shipping label that will be used to mail back the product.

This option will be available to you as you go through the online return process. You can choose to receive an identical product or a different product.

You can choose whether you would like your original method of payment credited or if you would prefer a credit to your Life Extension account that can be used for future purchases. You can also request an exchange, either for the same product or a different one.

This may vary. For some purchases, it will take 24-48 hours for your financial institution to reflect a merchandise return upon completion of your request for a refund. For others, the product must be received in our warehouse before the refund will be issued by the bank.

Good news: no receipt is required!

Whenever possible, we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement for a product if you are not satisfied. However, there are a few exceptions:

  • Certain products cannot be returned.
  • We cannot accept returns from certain international locations.
  • In select situations, you will not be able to complete your return online. Please contact us for assistance.
